Dear Colleagues & Friends,

It is our great pleasure and honour to invite you to attend the ninth conference of the European Association of Health Law that will be held at the Warsaw University, Poland from 18-20 September 2024.

The ambition of the in-person conference is to create space for medical law scholars from across the Europe to meet in person in a new terrain, hitherto unexplored. In doing so, we shall continue endeavours to explore new challenges and institutional frontiers of health law in the perspective of Fundamental Rights.

The conference aims also to give all participants a real taste of the true Polish culture. The buzzing capital offers a unique blend of old and modern architecture, renowned museums full of treasures, state-of-the-art entertainment venues, upscale shopping, finest cuisine, and some wonderful sightseeing places! The dedicated conference teams are currently working hard on making this conference not only intellectually stimulating but also an experience that will create memories that will last a lifetime!
